Bill Diles, M.A.
William Diles has been a licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser in California since 1981. Bill believes in being independent and knows first hand that providing hearing solutions in a comfortable environment is what people are looking for. Daniel Auble, Au.D.
Dr. Dan Auble graduated from San Francisco State in 2001 with a master’s degree in Audiology and earned his Doctorate from Salus University in 2008. His professional experience includes providing services in medical/hospital settings as well as in a variety of private practice offices. Dan’s clinical skills as well as his extensive knowledge of the latest in hearing device technology create a well balanced audiologist who can handle each individual’s needs. dan@goodhearing.com

Christine Diles, Au.D.
Dr. Christine Diles has been a clinical Audiologist since 1980, working in both private practice and medical settings. She has provided diagnostic evaluations for physicians in their offices as well as in a hospital based clinic affording her the experience of working with a wide variety of patient populations. She has also been involved in rehabilitation, including dispensing hearing aids and patient education. Chalon Leonard, HAD
Chalon has worked in the hearing industry for many years and has seen firsthand how hearing loss affects clients and their families. She graduated from Chico State University with a Bachelor of Arts and is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser. She finds it professionally and personally rewarding when her clients lives are improved through better hearing and communication. Will Diles, HAD
Will Diles is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and is proud to be carrying on his family legacy of providing excellent hearing healthcare. Will graduated from California State University, Chico, in 2007, with a B.A. in Business Administration, and he has been working in the family business since 2010. He is dedicated to making sure everyone who comes to Kenwood Hearing Center leaves hearing better with the most appropriate solution. Adam Jasa, BC-HIS
Adam Jasa has been a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser in California since 2011. Adam graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Sociology and became National Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. He is highly skilled in all aspects of client care and is passionate about providing better hearing through solutions custom tailored to each individual’s needs. Outside of the office Adam enjoys playing piano and guitar, working on old cars, and spending time with his wife and kids. adam@goodhearing.com

Lee Diles, HAD
Lee Diles is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and has always had an interest in sound and the perception of what we hear. Lee graduated from California State University, Chico, in 2008 with a degree in music and worked in the world of software as part of a team that delivered music to large audiences of listeners. He naturally gravitated to the life work of his family and is thrilled to have joined this noble profession. Matt Poyser, HAD
Matt works full time in our Sonoma office as a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser. After serving in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman in the 101st Airborne he was hoping to still serve people as a civilian. He then went on to develop a wealth of talent and related experience in the software industry. Matt has a deep understanding of technology that is valuable in the areas of hearing aid fitting and programming. After 18 years in the technology world, he finally was able to combine his love of people and technology by studying to become a hearing care professional. matt@goodhearing.com

Ross Unguren, BC-HIS
Ross Unguren is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser who is National Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. He has installed more than 1500 induction loop systems around the Bay Area in his 10+ years of experience in the hearing aid industry. He is passionate about customer service, hearing healthcare, and the latest hearing technology. Outside of the office Ross enjoys cross-country cycling, walking his puppy, and spending time with his family. ross@goodhearing.com

Deb Davis, HAD
Deb Davis has lived in Solano county for almost her entire life. She loves the people and places of Northern California. Deb has a keen eye for design, a genuine love of people, and a deep technical knowledge of the hearing aid fitting process. All of her early work experiences have informed the guidance she gives to people about their hearing journey. With attention to detail, an eye for the aesthetic and a desire to make a difference, you can be assured that you will feel comfortable with her expert advice.
