Kenwood Hearing has been such a pleasure to visit over the years! The reception is so friendly and easy to work with. With short notice, along with scheduling ahead of time, they have always fit me into the schedule and assisted me with making any adjustments to my hearing aids if needed. I feel so comfortable and at home in this office and enjoy every single person who works there!

Bill gave me a thorough and very comprehensive hearing test and his explanation of the status of my hearing was concise and easy to understand.

Bill is such a great guy...and so is his son Lee. I just got new hearing aids...a bit hi-tech and they are wonderful. I mean. Really. Bill has amazing taste in music and he always plays something for me. He's funny and interesting and smart. When I got in my car to drive home, wearing my snazzy hearing aids, I turned on music and actually wept for the clear, crisp sound.

Kenwood Hearing Center is Petaluma is great! I never had to wait in the waiting room. Everyone is helpful, friendly and professional. Questions are more than welcome, though they are so good at explaining everything that I did not have any questions! It is a dog friendly business also!
